Sometime come the second half of Takiltu as the festivities are dying down, one of Vander's regulars - a middle-aged woman who keeps to herself and usually drinks alone - mills about a little later than usual. She gives Vander a look before she leaves - but says nothing.
He will find a small and clumsily wrapped box left at her spot at the bar addressed to him. Inside are some very expensive cigars that, if smoked, have sedating and tranquilizing effects of a pleasant nature. (There is no warning about this, however, so hopefully he doesn't try one at an inopportune time.)
The note at the bottom of the box merely says, been a while since i could drink somewhere in peace without some young kid behind the bar trying to talk my ear off for a tip or some shit
